All this information can help you build 'Your Circle' - your personal support network of trusted people, services or even places, which can help you live life the way you want to.

You can find out about help available at home, ideas for things to do, or how to adapt your home or move house. We also cover the support that you can get from the county council.

Organisations can add an entry to list their activity or services.
